Do You Find Yourself Connected Or Disconnected With Them?

What Is Your Relationship To Them?

In this grounded, practical and interactive workshop discover how to deal with, manage and make friends with challenging emotions in a safe, gentle, healthy way.

I’ll be sharing various simple tools and techniques that can easily be used in daily life.

We’ll explore our relationship with emotions, get close and become best buddies with Sadness, Anger, Joy and the whole remit of emotions.

As we embark on this journey together we’ll shine a light on all of the hidden places that keep us away from meeting, unravelling and finding the acceptance and resolution that is so wanted.

The principles, based on the non-dual teachings of the East apply to anything that challenges us, whether that is physical pain, intrusive thoughts or life situations.

There will be space to explore as a group and individually the things that are currently challenging you the most.

If you are a counsellor, therapist or healer you’ll discover some new techniques and ways to assist your clients.

As we bring present moment awareness to ourselves and our lives we find the peace in our pain and discover the freedom and fulfilment we’ve been searching for all along!
