To have no idea what will happen next.
To not know what to do today or on any day.
To not have ‘All The Answers’.
To let the mind’s guessing retreat.
To simply not know.
To abandon the ‘To Do List’.
To stop trying, grasping, forcing, pushing and doing.
To let yourself feel… nervous, unsettled, insecure, overwhelmed, exhausted, lost.
To give up, give in and let go.
To take time out, rest and do absolutely nothing.
Today slow down, breathe, be kind, be gentle to yourself.
And perhaps one day from this sacred place something new will emerge if and when it is ready.
