Join this half day meditation and wellbeing retreat on Saturday 10th December 10.00 – 13.00 GMT Online via Zoom.

This half-day retreat will comprise of various types of guided mindfulness and non-dual meditation including sitting and the Osho Kundalini Movement Meditation.

The meditation sessions will be interspersed with a space for sharing, Q & A, dialoguing and delving deeper into any topic that relates to meditation or your sense of wellbeing.

And at 1.00 pm we’ll have a virtual lunch together.
