This Online 6 week course is taking place on Tuesdays 19.00 – 21.00 GMT starting on 27th June via Zoom.
ABOUT THE COURSE
Join me for this grounded, practical and interactive six week course focusing on your emotional wellbeing.
We’ll descend gradually below the surface and bring our attention and kind curiosity to our own emotional landscape. In the process you’ll discover how to deal with, manage and make friends with emotions in a safe, gentle, healthy way.
Special focus will be given to the familiar, long held, core, emotional responses, patterns, behaviours and roles that we play; those that are conditioned and automatic affecting our relationship with ourselves, others and life itself.
Together we’ll shine a light on all of the hidden places that keep us away from meeting, unravelling and finding the peace, acceptance and resolution that is so wanted.
The course content comes from a range of therapeutic methods and models including Mindfulness, Non-Duality, Self-Enquiry and Parts Work as well as from my own lived experience and understanding gained through supporting clients for the last ten years.
Its principles can be applied to anything that challenges us, whether that is physical pain, intrusive thoughts or life situations.
In each session there will be a talk and space to question, share and explore both as a group and individually.
The course comes with an accompanying 32 page digital workbook with observations, reflections and exercises to be completed between the sessions.
To get the most benefit from the course live attendance is suggested however if you miss a session you can catch up via the recorded videos.
I have limited the number of participants to twelve to allow for individual attention.
