Come and join other like-minded folk for a nourishing and rejuvenating day of meditation, self-exploration and connection.
WHAT WILL WE DO?
This day retreat will comprise of various types of guided mindfulness and non-dual meditation including sitting, walking and the Osho Kundalini Movement Meditation.
These meditation sessions will be interspersed with some mindfulness based connection exercises plus a space for sharing, Q & A, dialoguing and delving deeper into any topic that relates to meditation and your experience.
We’ll have a buffet lunch together, with everyone invited to bring a little something along to share with the group.
