Saturday 7th October 10.30 am – 5.00 pm at The Unitarian Church, Notte Street, Plymouth PL1 2HG
This day retreat will comprise of various types of guided mindfulness and non-dual meditation including sitting, walking and the Osho Kundalini Movement Meditation.
These meditation sessions will be interspersed with some mindfulness and connection exercises plus a space for sharing, Q & A, dialoguing and delving deeper into any topic that relates to meditation and your sense of wellbeing.
We’ll have lunch together, with everyone invited to bring a little something along to share with the group.
