WHAT DO WE DO?
The focus is on various simple, grounded and practical meditations designed to support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
We take a pause, slow down and bring our curious, kind attention to ourselves and our experience.
There’s no fixing or healing, no complicated or fancy techniques, no transcending or trying to get to some other place than where you are!
The foundations are that of non-duality, self-enquiry and mindfulness as we discover the stillness, peace and beauty that is already here.
Each session has a space to question, share and explore all things meditative and discuss how the principles may be applied to your everyday life.
19.00 – 19.30 is the Guided Meditation and 19.30 – 20.00 offers a space to share, discuss, question and explore.
You are welcome to leave after the Guided Meditation or attend both parts.
