Join us for a day of coming together with other like-minded folk to explore, enquire, reflect, rejuvenate and enjoy!

This day retreat will comprise of various types of guided mindfulness and non-dual meditation including:
These meditation sessions will be interspersed with:
We’ll have lunch together, with everyone invited to bring a little something along to share with the group.
And… the last 2 hours will be hosted in silence to boost the goodness even further!
WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
Whether you are new to meditation, a very experienced meditator or somewhere in-between, all are most welcome.
Yoga mats, cushions and chairs are available to sit on.
I suggest wearing loose clothing and having a number of layers.
Please bring a drink to stay hydrated.
