Saturdays 6th May, 8th July, 2nd September and 11th November.
(The retreat duration may increase).
This half-day retreat will comprise of various types of guided mindfulness and non-dual meditation including sitting and the Osho Kundalini Movement Meditation.
The meditation sessions will be interspersed with a space for sharing, Q & A, dialoguing and delving deeper into any topic that relates to meditation or your sense of wellbeing.
And at 13.00 GMT we’ll have a virtual lunch together.
